We will use your contact information with your consent to connect you with a research site.

will store this information, as the operator of the website, and will only share information in aggregate with Vertex.
If your preferred site is recruiting now, your contact information will be shared with the site via secure email to allow them to contact you to discuss the study further and determine your eligibility. If your preferred site is not yet recruiting, your contact information will be shared with the site via secure email when the site begins recruiting, to allow them to contact you to discuss the study further and determine your eligibility. COUCH Health will store your contact information for as long
as necessary to fulfil the purposes listed above, in accordance with applicable laws and based on your preferences selected.
You may withdraw your consent at any time and upon withdrawal of your consent we will promptly delete your personal information except to the extent required to comply with our legal obligations.
